Edman Degradation - Organic Chemistry With the Help of the Cytoplasm
Edman Degradation - Organic Chemistry With the Help of the CytoplasmEdman degradation is one of the most recent advances in organic chemistry. It can be termed as a drug metabolism that converts harmful compounds into forms that can benefit the organism. In this process, the metabolites of the compounds are actually transferred to the cytoplasm of the cell. Thus, the waste is degraded into harmless substances that can then be metabolized for their beneficial properties. In the cytoplasm, the growth of the nutrients such as amino acids, vitamins and amino sugar molecules can occur. The same thing happens with oxygen. When it comes in contact with oxygen, the oxygen molecules bond with the protein residues found in the cytoplasm. Thus, the whole metabolic process can take place through the transfer of these molecules from the cytoplasm to the cell.Since it is hygroscopic, it can absorb water that may come into contact with it. Thus, the means can be created to remove water from the cyto plasm of the cell and transfer it to the cytoplasm of the cell.It is often referred to as an amine, which is the chemical name of glutathione. It is the antioxidant that can prevent the free radicals in the cell. It can also repair cellular damage caused by free radicals. Since it protects the cells from oxidation and inflammation, it can promote better health. In the case of degradation, water is transferred to the cytoplasm and there can be two steps in this process. First, water is absorbed by the cytoplasm and second, it is transported out of the cell. Thus, the hydration of the cytoplasm is enhanced by its hydration. There are two methods of detoxification: the folic acid detoxification and phytochemical detoxification. Folic acid detoxification is done by giving this compound to the cells through different methods. Some of the methods include oral administration, injection, or anemia in the patients that cannot take other ways of taking the folic acid.Cytoplasm can get damaged b y the amount of heavy metals that exist in the body. To combat this, detoxification can be done by giving the heavy metals through different methods. Such detoxification methods include organic chemistry, phytochemical treatment and other drugs.
